Arania, part of the Arania Group, consolidates its leadership in Southern Europe as a precision cold-rolling mill and supports its continued growth strategy through the successful acquisition of Thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Lamincer S.A.U.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The newly named LAMINCER PRECISION STEEL will become part of the ARANIA GROUP and will strengthen its cold rolling division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PKF Attest has advised the Arania Group in the analysis and valuation of the transaction, due diligence processes together with the structure and negotiation of the terms and conditions of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
