Royal Decree 307\/2022, of May 3, amending Royal Decree 1373\/2003, of November 7, 2003, approving the tariff of court attorneys’ fees.<\/h3>\n

This Royal Decree abolishes the mandatory minimum fees, while establishing a system of maximum fees, in order to guarantee the due protection of citizens accessing the Administration of Justice and to achieve greater agility in the Administration of Justice.<\/p>\n

The Royal Decree will enter into force the day after its publication in the BOE.<\/strong>
