It is the second most populated municipality of Alava, with 18 000 inhabitants. The City Council has chosen PKF Attest for the management of the Internal Information System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2\" id=\"h-los-retos-del-proyecto\" style=\"color:#0f3780;font-size:24px\">The challenges of the project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">The City Council of Laudio\/Llodio, as a Local Entity, must comply with the obligations of Law 2\/2023, both for its organization and for the municipal Euskaltegi. For this purpose, it has entrusted PKF Attest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">With the project the City Council of Llodio\/Laudio aims to implement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">> Principle of good faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">> Principle of confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">> Principle of Independence and Impartiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8\" id=\"h-el-proyecto-implantar-solucion-para-gestionar-infracciones\" style=\"color:#0f3780;font-size:24px\">The project: <strong>implementing a solution to manage infractions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">Law 2\/2023, dated February 20, aims to protect those who report infractions or irregular conduct within their professional environment. To this end, it establishes measures that guarantee their safety and prevent any type of retaliation, thus promoting a more transparent and secure environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-10 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">Protective measures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-11 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">> <strong>Confidentiality<\/strong>: Confidentiality of the informant&#8217;s identity is guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-12 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">> <strong>Prohibition of retaliation<\/strong>: Sanctions are established for those who retaliate against whistleblowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">> <strong>Reporting channels<\/strong>: Internal and external channels should be implemented to facilitate the reporting of violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-14\" id=\"h-midenet-nbsp\" style=\"color:#0f3780\">mideNet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-15 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">In response to this need, PKF Attest will implement mideNet, an agile solution that facilitates the monitoring of strategic milestones, indicators and projects. Through its Complaints Channel module, the City Council of Laudio\/Llodio will be able to quickly and securely manage the information received.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure style=\"color:#000000\">A key objective of the standard is to protect whistleblower data, and digitization helps preserve their identity and reduce the risk of retaliation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
