On October 28, Alberto Miguel Aliaga, senior manager at PKF Attest, will participate in the III Simposi d'Innovació ACES to share his vision on how natural data and operational intelligence are transforming the patient experience.
Transforming care through data
As part of the session "Operational Intelligence: how smart hospitals use data to improve efficiency and quality", Alberto will present the paper "Experience you don't ask: intelligent construction with natural data", focused on a paradigm shift in healthcare management: patient experience is no longer measured afterwards, but built in real time.
For years, healthcare facilities have relied on questionnaires or surveys that arrived late and did not always reflect the reality of the care process. Today, technology makes it possible to accompany the patient continuously through applications, connected devices and artificial intelligence, which gather information in a natural way and make it possible to anticipate problems before they occur.
A new narrative in digital health
In his presentation, Alberto will explain how the total integration of data will allow the clinical history and the experience record to form part of the same narrative.
Only in this way will hospitals be able to move towards a more human, efficient and predictive model, in which processes, data and information become a continuous sequence of measurement and improvement.
Alberto will stress the importance of understanding this sequence as a constant cycle: process, data, information, measurement. Technology must accompany the patient throughout his or her healthcare journey.
The time is now
The necessary technologies are already available and mature. The difference will be made by the ability of each healthcare organization to integrate them intelligently, aligning technological innovation with personalized care.
As Alberto will explain, the patient experience is no longer measured afterwards; it is built during the process. The tools are ready. The time is now.
PKF Attest and ACES: a joint drive for healthcare innovation
PKF Attest's participation in this new symposium reinforces its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in the healthcare sector.
Since the signing of the collaboration agreement with ACES - Associació Catalana d'Entitats de Salut, both entities work with the same purpose: to enhance the digital transformation of healthcare organizations and improve the quality of care through the intelligent use of data.
