June 2025 Update: Open and upcoming calls for SME digitization (June-December 2025)
In 2025, small and medium-sized companies in Spain will have at their disposal numerous calls for grants to boost their digital transformation.

Certifications for Competitive Improvement and New Market Entry
Application: Until July 24, 2025
Target: Companies with registered office or center in Cantabria
Subsidy: 60% of eligible expenditure for implementation and certification of national or international standards (quality management, environment, food safety, OSH, information security, R&D&I, energy, compliance, digitalization, etc.).
Innovation Check
Application: Until the budget is exhausted
Target: SMEs for innovative projects
Work can only start after being awarded a grant
Grant: Not specified (see call for proposals)
CONSOLIDAPYME
Application: Until August 17, 2025
Target: SMEs with productive center in Extremadura with staff according to call
Project lines:

Optimization of production processes through business analysis

Implementation and certification of management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc.)

Industria Digitala

Eligible projects: ERP, Business Intelligence, B2B, B2C, collaborative tools, digitalization consultancy
Subsidy: Up to 23,000 €.

Applied Artificial Intelligence and Data Strategy

Target: Companies and freelancers with centers in the Basque Country
Grant: 50% of the project, maximum 100,000 €.
Investment Growth and Competitiveness Improvement in SMEs
Application: Until December 30, 2027
Target: SMEs with specific CNAE
Projects: Investment in tangible and intangible assets (minimum €30,000, software excluding operating system/software licenses)
Grant: 30 % - 40 % non-repayable.
Innovation and Business Development Check
Application: Until May 20, 2025
Target: SMEs and self-employed with work center in Asturias in the industrial, construction, wholesale trade and tourism sectors
Subsidy of:

10,000 for technology consulting (projects between 10,000 and 15,000)

5,000 for digitization (projects between 5,000 and 10,000 euros)

Digitalization of Canary Islands Companies
Application: Until June 27, 2025
Target: Companies with registered office and tax domicile in the Canary Islands, +3 years and minimum 1 worker
Projects: Implementation of digital solutions (ERP, CRM, BI, Cybersecurity, AI...)
Subsidy: 35 % of the eligible amount, maximum 30.000 €.
Fomento de la Empresa Digital Navarra 2025
Application: Until November 14, 2025
Target: SMEs established in Navarra and registered in IAE
Projects: Implementation of technological solutions (ERP, SCM, SGA, MOR, CRM, BI)
Subsidy: The maximum amount of subsidy is 35% and the maximum amount of aid is 30,000 €.
Promotion of Innovation through Digital Transformation
Application: Until July 14, 2025
Target: SMEs with work center in Murcia, specific CNAE
Projects: Implementation of digital solutions (ERP, CRM, BI, B2B, B2C, Cybersecurity, IA...)
Grant: 100% of the eligible cost, maximum 80,000 €, minimum project 10,000 €.
National Open Calls: Spain
Digital Kit Segments IV and V
Aid of up to €25,000 (Segment IV) and €29,000 (Segment V) for digitalization.
-Application: until June 30, 2025.
-Destined:
> Segmento IV: empresas de 50 a <100 empleados
> Segmento V: empresas de 100 a <250 empleados
Subvención de:
> 25.000 € (Segment IV)
> 29.000 € (Segment V)
Digital Kit Segment III
2,000 € for microenterprises with less than 3 workers.
-Application: until October 31, 2025.
–Destinada: Microempresas y autónomos (0 a <3 empleados)
-Grantof: 3,000 € maximum (with payments in two phases).
Digital Farm Kit
Support according to company segment for digitization.
-Application: until October 31, 2025.
Target: Shared-ownership farms and civil partnerships.
-Grant of: According to segments I, II, and III (see general call).
