A 7-month Salesforce project driving change
During this process, we have worked together with the College on a comprehensive plan that has included:
- Implementation of Salesforce as a central management system, adapted to the particularities of a professional association: from the management of members to the planning of activities, events and communications.
- Integration with the WordPress website and the private area for members, connecting in an agile way the internal systems with its public and private digital ecosystem.
- Optimization of processes to improve traceability, automation and control of interactions with members, opening the door to more advanced relationship models and digital services.
