The Official Gazette of Bizkaia of July 29, August 29, has published Provincial Regulation 8/2022, of July 20, which introduces certain tax modifications with the purpose of promoting economic recovery and orienting the development of the Historical Territory to fields of high technological level and added value and to adapt the regulations to the changing legal and economic realities on which the legal tax relationship is based, with the purpose of improving the equity of the tax system and fighting against tax fraud.
The modifications to be found in the attached document are as follows:
- Amendments to corporate income tax regulations.
- Modifications in the Personal Income Tax regulations.
- Modifications in the Norma Foral del Impuesto sobre Patrimonio.
- Modifications to the General Tax Law.
