Audax has completed a €100 million extension of the 2020 green bond issue. Specifically, in December 2020 Audax issued €200 million of green bonds under the program called "EUR 400,000,000 Senior Unsecured Notes Programme Audax Renovables, S.A. 2020" registered in July last year in the MARF, an issue to which this extension is added, bringing the reference to a total of €300 million. This is the largest corporate issue registered on the MARF (Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija). The bond bears an annual interest rate of 4.20% and matures in December 2027.
This new issue has received strong interest from international investors as well as domestic investors. PKF Attest and Beka Finance have acted as Joint Bookrunners, while Banca March has been appointed as Co-Lead. PKF has also acted as Registered Advisor, Banco Sabadell has acted as Paying Agent and J&A Garrigues has acted as legal advisor for the transaction.
In addition to these bond issues, Audax has a promissory notes program registered in the MARF, with a limit of 300 million euros, which allows it to diversify its sources of financing PKF Attest is present in this program as Registered Advisor, Program Coordinator and Dealer.
