The new insolvency scenario, introduced by the Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Law, seeks to support the survival of the company, whenever possible.

The intervention of professionals at different stages of the process is essential, such as the Restructuring Expert, the Prepack Expert and the Bankruptcy Administration itself , once the insolvency proceedings have been declared.

The team formed by an insolvency lawyer and an economist is essential when filing for an insolvency proceeding or even to advise a company that has debt in a company in crisis, either in the pre-insolvency stage or, once the insolvency proceeding has been declared, to claim the debt and, in both cases, to have a better chance of collection.
