Beyond analyzing the standards, the discussion centered on how to implement these changes without adding to the workload or complexity of day-to-day operations.

Following the session in Bilbao, on June 23 we held another event in Madrid, at our offices on the Castellana, with an attendee profile that closely reflected current management challenges.
The session reinforced a key idea: the challenge lies not in understanding the standard, but in how to integrate it without undermining what already works. Building on that, the session addressed specific situations that many organizations are already beginning to encounter in their processes and audits.
