PKF Attest announces the incorporation of Jesús González Ruiz-Jarabo as partner of the international tax area with the aim of strengthening the services provided to clients with international presence of the firm.
González Ruiz-Jarabo holds a degree in economics from the University of Alcalá. He began his career in the international tax department of KPMG Abogados, where he focused mainly on tax advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, international taxation and advice to multinational companies. Since 2014 he has headed the global tax department of Siemens Gamesa.
The new partner therefore has extensive experience in international taxation of large Ibex-35 groups, also from the client's internal point of view, as well as in tax advice on the complete cycle of M&A transactions, from their origination to a possible post-merger integration.
