Last week our Corporate Finance colleagues attended the Pandea Global M&A meeting in Rotterdam.
This meeting, which is held every six months, gave us the opportunity to connect with global leaders, share knowledge, mandates and ideas to strengthen the way we collaborate to maximize the quality of services for our clients.
In addition, our colleagues in the Corporate Finance area received the "Sell-side M&A Deal of the year" award at the Pandea Global M&A event held in Rotterdam for their advice on the sale of Grupo IMQ to Segurcaixa Adeslas, a transaction valued at close to 300 million euros.
Pandea Global M&A is a global network of independent firms specialized in the M&A sector. With a focus on transactions with a value between 5 and 500 million euros, it is present in 33 different countries and composed of 58 members, having reached an experience of +2.500 transactions and a value of more than +30Bn€.
