The office will be located in Madrid with an area specializing in hotel advisory services, at a time when the lodging business in Spain is going through a boom period.

For their part, the heads of PKF hospitality group in Spain, Gabriele Kiessling and Stephan Reichelt, have highlighted that hotel investments in Spain have exceeded pre-pandemic levels, with some 3,200 million euros.
