Vaillant, a German company leader in the air conditioning sector, with a workforce of more than 17,000 employees and an annual turnover of about 3.7 billion €, has acquired 100% of the shares of Vaigas, a company responsible for the technical service and maintenance of Vaillant equipment in the geographical area of Guipúzcoa.
The acquisition is part of Vaillant's technical service and maintenance integration strategy in Spain. The transaction will enable Vaillant to strengthen its presence in Guipúzcoa, where Vaigas has a strong market penetration.
PKF Attest 's financial and legal team has advised the sellers throughout the sale process, which has included the valuation and structure of the transaction along with the negotiation of its terms and conditions.
