PKF Attest reinforces its Corporate Finance team with the incorporation of Javier Martínez López and Juan Diego Martínez de Aguilar in the Madrid office. With these new additions, the team has more than 16 professionals located between the offices in Bilbao and Madrid.
Javier Martínez has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of corporate banking and alternative financing. He has worked at ACISA, Bankinter, Bravo Capital and Findango Finance. In the last 4 years he has offered alternative financing solutions to companies in both working capital and long term, as well as bilateral, syndicated and bank financing.
Juan Diego Martínez will provide financial advice on M&A transactions and capital raising. He has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking and corporate banking. He has worked at GBS Finance in cross-border M&A transactions between Spain and Mexico. Previously, he was at HSBC and ABN AMRO as Senior Banker, in charge of IBEX companies at a global level in the electricity, construction and energy sectors.
In the last fiscal year, PKF Attest 's Corporate Finance area has executed exclusively M&A transactions worth more than 375 million euros in various sectors such as: healthcare, insurance, e-commerce, energy, industry, consulting and HVAC engineering.
