Royal Decree 307/2022, of May 3, amending Royal Decree 1373/2003, of November 7, 2003, approving the tariff of court attorneys' fees.
This Royal Decree abolishes the mandatory minimum fees, while establishing a system of maximum fees, in order to guarantee the due protection of citizens accessing the Administration of Justice and to achieve greater agility in the Administration of Justice.
The Royal Decree will enter into force the day after its publication in the BOE.
