What is the Consulting Kit?
The Consulting Kit is a program, supported by Red.es, whose objective is to promote the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with between 10 and 250 employees located in Spain.
This program is financed with 300 million euros and is part of the "Next Generation EU" call for European funds within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

Kit Consulting is positioned as a fundamental pillar within the Acelera pyme initiative, offering Digital Advisory Bonds valued at 12,000, 18,000 and 24,000 euros, depending on the size of the company. These vouchers allow, without having to shell out money, SMEs to hire specialized advisory services in key areas such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital sales, cybersecurity and more, with the aim of designing a customized roadmap for their digital transformation.
How much money can you receive with this assistance depending on your company?
The amounts of the grants are distributed as follows:
For SMEs between 10 and 50 employees:
12,000 euros
For SMEs between 50 and 100 employees:
18,000 euros
For SMEs between 100 and 250 employees:
24,000 euros

What services are eligible?
Beneficiary companies must use these vouchers to contract services from a catalog of 10 categories, covering everything from AI and cybersecurity consulting to business performance strategies.
This is a consultancy for the development of an artificial intelligence (AI) plan, which will establish the investment required and the measures necessary for its adoption. The SME will also be advised on the use and application of AI techniques such as machine learning, automatic text processing and transcription, and expert systems.
The advisory service includes the following:
-Identification of relevant data for the implementation of AI algorithms, allowing you to improve the understanding of your company's information.
-We will advise you on the creation of data governance protocols with AI regulations, ensuring their validity and veracity when applying artificial intelligence.

This service aims to determine the investment and measures needed to implement an advanced data analysis system, prioritizing the improvement, automation and learning processes for data extraction and analysis. To access the advanced consulting services it is essential to have first completed the corresponding basic service.
The advisory service includes the following:
-Identification of key SME data and evaluation of its use in combination with other sources of information.
Generation and acquisition of valuable information through the use of artificial intelligence algorithms, aimed at improving data-driven decision making.
-Advice on the understanding and handling of data, as well as on the use of data management tools.
-Optional advice on the evaluation of data governance and data quality management process capability, following UNE 0080 and UNE 0081 specifications.
-Development and execution of a customized use case, using advanced artificial intelligence techniques for data analysis.
-Identification of opportunities or possible applications of artificial intelligence in the field of advanced data analysis.

When can I apply for grants?
If your SME meets the requirements, you will be able to apply for these grants from mid-June. Information will be provided when the application period opens.
Requirements to apply for grants
In order to benefit from these grants, several requirements must be met:
> Be domiciled for tax purposes in Spain and be an SME (small or medium-sized enterprise).
> To be registered in the census of businessmen, professionals and withholders of the State Agency of Tax Administration or in the Foral Tax Administration.
> Not to be in a crisis situation, to be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
> Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order.
> Not to exceed the de minimis aid limit.
Aid processing process
Kit Consulting will implement an automated system with artificial intelligence to streamline the application and verification processes. It also introduces the figure of the "voluntary representative", which allows authorized third parties to apply for the grant on behalf of SMEs.
