Digital kit

What is the Digital Kit?

The Digital Kit Program is an initiative of the Government of Spain, promoted by Acelera pyme, to help SMEs and freelancers to implement digital solutions and thus help them in their digital transformation process.

With the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, subsidy programs have been proposed that will enable the massive acquisition and implementation of digitalization solutions. The European Union will allocate more than 3 billion euros in subsidies from the European "Next Generation EU" funds within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

Who can access the digital kit?

The digital solutions included in the Digital Kit are aimed at both small and medium-sized companies, regardless of their sector or type. Therefore, any SME will be able to apply for the Digital Kit subsidy by complying with the requirements.

a) Segment I: Small companies between 10 and 49 employees.
b) Segment II: Small or Micro companies between 4 and 9 employees.
c) Segment III: Small or Micro companies with 0 to 3 employees.

To apply for the Digital Kit voucher, the figure of the Digitizing Agent is essential, as he/she will be in charge of carrying out the digitization process chosen by the beneficiary. PKF Attest is a Certified Digitizing Agent thanks to successfully pass all the certification tests required by Acelerapyme, responsible for managing the funds of the Digital Kit.

Segment 1, 2 and 3

Functionalities and services

  • Basic internet positioning: Positioning of basic business information, contact and company profile in the main sites, business networks or directories of companies and professionals.
  • Keyword analysis: Keyword management, research and analysis in order to develop useful strategies for search engines to rank content and help users find relevant results for their queries. 
  • Competitive analysis: A competitive analysis should be conducted on a monthly basis to inform beneficiary companies of their position vis-à-vis competitors.
  • SEO On-Page: The solution must offer a minimum service of two (2) pages or sections SEO On-Page, optimizing the structure and internal content to improve the natural position of the SME in search engines, as well as the indexation and hierarchization of the content.
  • Off-Page SEO: The solution must provide this service, which will entail the execution of actions outside the website environment to improve its organic positioning.
  • Monthly follow-up reports: The results of the actions carried out should be reported in order to generate awareness of their evolution and impact on the Internet presence of the beneficiary company.

Social network management

PKF Attest Social Network Kit

Management service of the client's presence in ONE social network with the publication of at least 2 posts per week, analysis of its three main competitors and/or sectorial references for a year.

Maximum grant: €2,500

PKF Attest Kit Amount: 2.000€-5.000€.

Segment 1, 2 and 3

Functionalities and services

  • Social Media Plan: definition and implementation of a social media strategy aligned with the mission and vision of the SME, which is relevant and connects with potential customers, and builds loyalty among existing users.
  • Monitoring of social networks: monthly monitoring and control through reference metrics of the impact of the actions, to quantify the results and check if the objectives set in the strategy are being met.
  • Network optimization/Social Media Audit: analysis of the different social channels in order to optimize performance.
  • Management of a social network: administration of the profile/user of the SME in a social network.
  • Publication of weekly posts: publication by the digitizing agent of 8-9 monthly posts.

  • Creation of the online store or E-Commerce and registration of the product catalog: production of a catalog by registering, importing or uploading the products or articles of the SME. Assistance for the registration of references in the catalog of 100 products.
  • Payment methods: configuration and integration of payment methods.
  • Responsive Design: the E-Commerce solution is functional on all types of devices.
  • Accessibility: The design meets level AA compliance criteria of the WCAG-2.1 Guidelines.
  • Basic internet positioning: Positioning of basic business information, contact and company profile in the main sites, business networks or directories of companies and professionals.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Keyword analysis, competitor analysis, On-Page SEO of 2 pages or sections, indexing and ranking of content and quarterly monitoring reports.
  • Self-manageable: a user authorized by the client will have access to the platform to modify the content autonomously.
  • Shipping methods: configuration and integration of digital and physical shipping methods for the products marketed by the beneficiary in the online store.

Segments 1, 2 and 3

Functionalities and services

The kit includes a number of parameterization hours depending on the size of the customer for the definition of the specifics of the marketing processes, as well as for data loading. Use in SaaS mode for 12 months.

  • Segment I (10-less than 50 employees): 40 hours of parameterization for at least 3 users.
  • Segment II (3 - less than 10 employees): 30 hours of parameterization for at least one user
  • Segment III (0-less than 3 employees): 30 hours of parameterization for at least one user

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solution provides the following functionalities.

  • Customer management, without quantity limit.
  • Management of potential customers (Leads), with no quantity limit.
  • Management of opportunities, without limit of quantity.
  • Commercial actions or tasks: the solution allows you to create commercial actions and tasks, both manually and automatically.
  • Reporting, planning and commercial follow-up.
  • Alerts: Failure to meet deadlines for the management of an opportunity, among others.
  • Document management: the solution must include software for centralized document management, capable of inserting and/or linking documents both related to the commercial activity and those provided by the customers themselves.
  • Responsive design: the solution's interface is responsive, i.e. it can be used on all types of devices.
  • Integration with various platforms: availability of APIs or Web Services for the consolidation of information and data from the entire company.
  • Segments 2 and 3 are 30 hours of parameterization.

Functionalities and services

The Kit includes a number of parameterization hours depending on the size of the customer for the definition of the data structure and query panels according to the particularities of the customer's processes, as well as for data loading.

Segment I (10-less than 50 employees): 70 hours of parameterization. Includes three 12-month BI tool subscriptions.

Segment II (3 - less than 10 employees): 40 hours of parameterization, including a 12-month subscription to the BI tool.

Segment III (0-less than 3 employees): 30 hours of parameterization, including a subscription of the BI tool for 12 months.

Detail of services included.

  • Data integration with other databases: the solution will allow access to other databases and comparisons with the exposed data.
  • Data storage: the solution has a storage capacity of 1 GB per user.
  • Creation of structured and visual data dashboards: the solution allows the creation of customized data dashboards with relevant data and different forms of visualization.
  • Data export: the solution allows data export to images or Excel documents, allowing compatibility with other office programs.

Segment 1 (10 - 49 employees): 60 hours of parameterization and 10 online user licenses.

Segment 2 (4 - 9 employees) :45 hours of parameterization

Segment 3 (1 - 3 employees): 45 parameterization hours

  • Accounting/finance: accounts receivable/payable, asset management and closing and balance sheet generation, etc.
  • Invoicing: automation of invoicing processes with the generation of estimates, delivery notes and invoices.

Manage your references/products to help your brand and increase your sales level, optimizing existing resources, choosing the right distribution channels and adapting references/products to your needs.

Maximum grant: 2.000€
PKF Attest Kit Amount: 2.000€ - 5.000€.

Segment 1, 2 and 3

Functionalities and services

  • Preliminary study of alternatives and registration on the platform: opening of an account and registration of the beneficiary's profile, on its own account, on at least one (1) Marketplace platform and in at least one (1) country.
  • Competitive analysis: conducting market research focused on the characteristics of competitors to improve the decision-making process and achieve a competitive position.
  • Design and definition of business strategy: generation of the business strategy to achieve the desired objectives by directing the available resources towards this purpose.
  • Production of the reference catalog: analysis of the categories to be marketed, to select at least ten (10) products aligned with the business strategy, unless the beneficiary does not have this number, in which case it may be less.
  • Creation of the listing content: definition of at least ten (1) descriptions of the reference catalog, unless the beneficiary does not have this number, in which case it may be less.
  • Registration of references: uploading of at least ten (10) references and their respective descriptions and photographs on the platform, unless the beneficiary does not have this number, in which case it may be less, accompanied by the description and individual photograph of each product.

The amount of the aid will not include the cost associated with the subscription or registration in the Marketplace platform nor the variable costs associated with the sale of the references registered in the platform.

With this solution you will be able to digitize the flow of issuing and receiving invoices from your customers and suppliers, ensuring the digitization and securization of your business processes.

Segment 1: 10 hours of parameterization

  • Invoices in structured format: you will be able to issue invoices in structured formats, at least in FACTURA-E format, to facilitate their automated processing.
  • Unlimited invoices: you will be able to issue and receive an unlimited number of invoices.
  • Unlimited customers: you will have the ability to send invoices to an unlimited number of customers.
  • Unlimited products or services: you can create an unlimited number of billable products and/or services within the catalog.
  • Sending and receiving invoices: the solution implemented by the Digitizing Agent of your choice will enable you to send and receive electronic invoices directly, at least by e-mail.
  • Invoice customization: Invoices will be customizable, including the selection of your logo.
  • Periodic backups: you will be able to make backup copies, with the possibility of daily backups.
  • 1GB Invoice Storage/Historical: you will have at least 1GB of storage for invoices.
  • Integration with other solutions: the solution must have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools, as well as allow manual data loading.
  • Invoice due date control: you will have an invoice due date control system.
  • Generation of a billing record: the solution will allow you to generate a billing record, simultaneously or immediately prior to the issuance of each invoice.
  • Issuance of verifiable invoices: the solution must enable the issuance of invoices, both in paper and electronic form, that can be verified with the Tax Agency by the buyer. 
  • On-site verification: the solution shall allow on-site verification of the billing record by the competent authorities.
  • Responsible statement: the solution must have a responsible statement from the manufacturer or developer certifying that the software complies with current tax regulations.
  • Compliance: you will be able to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations, specifically the Regulation regulating the invoicing obligations of Royal Decree 1619/2012, the requirements of Article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax Law and its implementing regulations, as well as any applicable regulations.
